Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders within the contiguous United States over $100 will receive free shipping with the exception of a few of our larger items. Shipping for these items will be determined by weight and your address. Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are higher.

 

Please allow 1 to 2 days for order processing. We want to get your order to you as soon as possible so we ship six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Shipping times will depend on your location~ if you live in Michigan or the Midwest you’re going to get your order quicker than California or Hawaii for example. USPS estimates domestic delivery is within 2 to 8 business days depending on if you choose economy or standard shipping. UPS delivery times are usually 3 to 4 days.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation and a tracking number

 

In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we can provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.

 

International shipping does not qualify for free shipping and will take longer.
