Description
The Wing It Rib and Plans Pack Symmetrical Airfoil set allows you to compete in the "Wing-It" contest. We added the 12% NACA airfoil a few years into the contest. Some of my pattern flyer friends prefer the Symmetrical airfoil over the modified "Clark Y' type airfoil. The flat bottom does pretty well at the flying contest. But the Symmetrical does have a more precise feel when flying. You can find the rules and pictures of Wing-It in our "Media" section of the website. This pack gives you the basics. You will need to buy spars, sheeting etc. This kit gives you the starting point for the Wing-It competition.
